I have always believed that the strongest opportunities are created when the right people, ideas, capital and capabilities come together with a shared purpose.

We built Abwab in the UAE with an international outlook and a simple ambition: to open doors and create meaningful connections, between opportunity and capital, governments and the private sector, established industries and emerging technologies, and partners across different markets and cultures.

For me, business is not only about completing a transaction. It is about what can be created beyond it. The opportunities we develop should have the potential to strengthen industries, support communities, enable innovation, develop capabilities and contribute to sustainable, long-term progress.

Abwab maintains governance and accountability across the holding and its wider ecosystem. Certain regulated, licensed or sector-specific activities may be undertaken through affiliated or contracted partner entities with appropriate licenses, professional advisors or specialist partners where required by applicable laws and regulations.

Healthcare & Education

Abwab supports the development and advancement of healthcare and education projects through strategic development, project structuring, partnerships, infrastructure development, market access and operational coordination.

Our experience includes initiatives involving hospitals and medical facilities, universities and colleges, land and infrastructure development, institutional partnerships, commercialization and operational management structures.

Abwab works with investors, developers, operators, academic institutions, healthcare organizations, technology providers and other strategic partners to develop and support opportunities across the healthcare and education sectors.

Where an activity requires a specific healthcare, medical, academic, education or other regulatory licence, such activity is undertaken by appropriately licensed operating or partner entities.

Fintech & Digital Assets

Abwab's work in fintech and digital assets is focused on strategic advisory, technology partnerships and prior initiatives. Abwab does not offer regulated financial, virtual-asset or token-related services directly. Any regulated activity is conducted through appropriately licensed partner entities under agreement.

Abwab operates through its internal capabilities and a network of specialist, regulated and sector-specific partners where required — enabling delivery across markets without presenting Abwab as a regulated fund, bank, broker, trustee or family office.
